Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient team player to support our outsourced technology resource management functions. You will thrive in an ambiguous environment, making logical decisions based on validated data and established processes.

Key Requirements

• Excel Proficiency: Strong skills required, specifically with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and managing dynamic information across disparate systems.
• Communication: Excellent ability to communicate and follow up frequently to ensure data validation.
• Process Ownership: Ability to manage information from multiple stakeholders (leadership, PMO, managers, and suppliers) to ensure data accuracy.
• Preferred Experience: SAP Fieldglass, Active Directory (AD), ServiceNow PPM, and Apptio are highly desirable.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Monthly Reporting

• Document and review Active Directory & Build Request profiles.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads to identify resource/role needs and update software/AD requirements.
• Manage and resolve time discrepancies between ServiceNow PPM and SAP Fieldglass.
• Calculate and report on contract and resource metrics.
• Audit the Fieldglass roster.
• Monitor and update contractor expiration dates for the Fieldglass PMO team.
• Track SLA/KPI/CPI metrics.
• Track the contractor onboarding lifecycle.
• Partner with the Fieldglass PMO on job posting submissions and updates.
