This is a full-time, 100% remote position. Eligible locations: IL, MO, SC, NC, TX, NJ, or NY (Midwest or Northeast preferred).

Role Overview

We are seeking a tech-savvy, AI-aware Career Coach to support our relocation and outplacement solutions. You will provide high-impact coaching on career planning, networking, LinkedIn optimization, resume development, interviewing, and the effective use of AI tools in the modern job search.

Key Responsibilities

• Relocation Coaching: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and their families relocating for work, supporting their transition and acclimation.
• Outplacement Coaching: Guide individuals affected by involuntary separations through their next career steps.
• Tech-Enabled Coaching: Integrate AI and digital tools into coaching sessions, including:
  • Teaching responsible and effective use of AI for resumes, cover letters, and interview prep.
  • Advising on digital networking, ATS optimization, and remote/hybrid work trends.
  • Leveraging virtual platforms and analytics to track participant engagement.
• General Coaching: Maintain proactive contact with participants, guide them through milestones, and collaborate with our Resume and Research departments.
• Diverse Needs: Assist domestic spouses/partners and international job seekers with visa/work authorization constraints.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in job search strategy or career coaching.
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, human behavior, business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Coaching certification or training is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of local/national job markets, immigration/visa issues, and virtual coaching platforms.
• Tech-savvy with high-speed internet and a dedicated home office setup.
• Ability to travel occasionally for workshops.
• Must live within 60 minutes of a major airport.
