Position Overview

A fast-paced and growing organization is seeking a Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to support high-volume hiring and onboarding operations. This role will focus primarily on coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining communication with new hires, tracking employment requirements, and ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within HR or recruiting. This individual should thrive in a task-driven environment, be comfortable managing multiple priorities at once, and possess strong follow-through skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires in a high-volume environment
  • Maintain onboarding trackers, spreadsheets, and candidate documentation with accuracy
  • Communicate with candidates regarding onboarding requirements, deadlines, and next steps
  • Partner with vendors to coordinate pre-employment screenings and testing
  • Track completion of all required onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Conduct daily and weekly follow-ups with candidates to ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks
  • Support recruiting and HR teams with administrative onboarding processes
  • Assist with process improvements and operational onboarding initiatives
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the onboarding process

Qualifications

  • Previous onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and repetitive process-driven tasks
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within HR and recruiting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook
