Position: Remote Business Analyst for FBI (PRIME)

Position Type: Full-Time Salary: Commensurate with experience

Summary

This role requires significant communication and coordination among federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, as well as with trusted private/public sector partners. It also involves enhanced collaboration between the FBI's 56 national field offices and other headquarters divisions.

Duties

• Provides analytical support to identify project scope and objectives, focusing on performance measures and indicators.
• Acts as an analytical resource within engagement teams, defining systems scope and objectives through research, fact-finding, and an understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
• Analyzes and documents data, conducts extensive research, and integrates business solutions.
• Performs financial and data modeling, evaluates current processes, and prepares client documentation.
• Maintains accountability for process deliverables and client presentations.
• Develops reports and conducts data analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of total experience, including at least 2 years of general experience and 2 years of specific industry experience.
• Demonstrates strong analytical support capabilities, identifying project scope and objectives, and providing day-to-day analytical support and research.
• Completes assigned engagement tasks within project scope, budget, and deliverable requirements.
• Conducts research, collects, and distills data.
• Two (2) years of experience with logistical or purchasing activities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and initiative in completing assigned tasks.
• Responsiveness to customer and client requirements.
• Excellent customer support skills and experience managing competing priorities.
