A Diabetes Nurse Educator is needed with a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification.
This specialized nurse who helps patients manage diabetes and prediabetes will be remote.
They will teach patients how to monitor blood sugar, administer insulin, adjust diets, and adopt lifestyle changes to prevent complications.
Requirements
