Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our NetLine Growth sales team in Newton, MA. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understand client business objectives and challenges to position NetLine solutions effectively
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing consultative guidance on how NetLine's offerings can drive client success
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients to account management teams
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to optimize client outcomes
Performance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM system
- Provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates to sales leadership
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, marketing technology, or lead generation solutions
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales productivity tools
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to B2B marketing and demand generation professionals
- Knowledge of content syndication, lead generation, or intent data solutions
- Existing network of contacts within target industries
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced sales environment
