Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join our platform as Certified Capital Strategy Analysts.

This is not a traditional employment role. Analysts operate as independent contractors and are activated through our certification and verification process.

Once Approved, Capital Strategy Analysts

• Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
• Gain access to live transactions and paid strategic finance work
• Support investors, fund managers, and operators with capital planning and execution
• Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

• Senior Capital Strategy Analyst
• Lead Capital Strategy Analyst
• Capital Strategy Analyst / Associate

Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges

Senior Capital Strategy Analyst

• Rating Score: 90--100
• Pay: $150--$200/hour
• Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development, fund strategy, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of experience

Lead Capital Strategy Analyst

• Rating Score: 80--89
• Pay: $100--$150/hour
• Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3--5 years of capital markets, deal execution, or strategic finance experience

Capital Strategy Analyst / Associate

• Rating Score: 60--79
• Pay: $50--$100/hour
• Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong technical and strategic finance capabilities

What You'll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on certification approvals, Capital Strategy Analysts may be engaged for:

Capital Strategy & Structuring

• Capital stack design (debt, equity, hybrid structures)
• Fundraising strategy and capital sourcing support
• Transaction structuring and return optimization
• Scenario planning for capital deployment and exits

Financial Modeling & Valuation

• 3-statement financial models
• DCF, LBO, and project-level return modeling
• Commercial real estate underwriting
• Sensitivity, downside, and scenario analysis
• Comparable company and precedent transaction analysis
• Football field and valuation summary materials

Due Diligence & Investment Support

• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis
• Commercial, operational, and financial diligence
• Risk assessment and downside mitigation
• Investment memo and IC presentation support

Analysts may only perform work in categories they are explicitly approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance---not tenure.

How Analysts Start Earning

• Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved training
• Receive category-specific approvals (Capital Strategy, Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
• Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin earning immediately through hourly engagements and live deal work

No cold applying. No unpaid "experience." Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

Certification & Eligibility

To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following:

• Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
• Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each analyst receives a 0--100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

• Platform visibility
• Approved work categories
• Recommended hourly compensation

Compensation & Deal Terms

• Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
• Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
• Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues

All work is limited to analytical, strategic, diligence, and financial support functions and must comply with applicable securities laws.
