As an Inside Sales Representative, you will help business owners see the value of telling their story through film and show them how to use that content to grow their brand on a medium most of them have not tapped into yet.

Expected Earnings (No B.S.)

• Commission only: 10% of revenue collected.
• Low end: $5k-$6k/month.
• Mid range: $10k-$20k/month.
• Top performers: $20k-$30k/month.
• Most reps work 5-8 hours a day.
• Top reps also build a recurring book of business: some earn $10k-$15k/month from their book alone after about a year.
• We invest heavily in training, but not everyone makes it: roughly 50% of reps are removed after 30 days. The ones who make it past 30 days do well.

The Role

• Take 16x 30-minute Zoom calls per day.
• Sell $10k-$100k TV media packages to small businesses.
• All calls are inbound, booked on your calendar via typeform application.
• Attend every call on time, camera on, fully professional.
• No sleazy or high-pressure tactics: ethical selling only. All calls are audited.
• Must be comfortable with tech: sending SMS, completing reports, updating CRM after each call.
• Attend daily morning training.
• 100% remote: work from anywhere with a professional home Zoom setup.
