As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping business owners recognize the value of sharing their stories through film and guide them on leveraging this content to expand their brand presence on a medium they may not have fully explored yet.

Realistic Earnings (Commission-Based):

We invest significantly in your training. This role is 100% commission-based, with earnings varying based on performance:

• Approximately 50% of new hires are released within 30 days due to underperformance. Those who succeed, however, achieve substantial income.
• Lower performers typically earn $5-6K per month.
• Solid performers achieve $10-20K per month.
• Top closers consistently earn $20-30K+ per month.
• Most representatives work only 5-8 hours daily.
• After about a year, top performers can generate $10-15K monthly passively from their existing client base.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ethical Sales: Zero tolerance for pushy or unethical tactics; all calls are monitored.
• Client Engagement: Utilize SMS for follow-ups, provide daily reports, and maintain CRM updates for each appointment.
• Consultations: Conduct 15 scheduled 30-minute Zoom consultations daily.
• Package Presentation: Present and close TV media packages ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for small businesses.
• Inbound Leads: All appointments are inbound, with prospects booking directly onto your calendar via an application.
• Professionalism: Punctuality and professionalism are mandatory.
• Training: Participate in mandatory morning training sessions.
• Remote Work: This is a fully remote position. Work from anywhere with a reliable internet setup, quality camera, and a professional background.
• Camera On: Your camera must be turned on during all sales calls.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, advertising, media, or branding.
• Background in entrepreneurship.
• Proven experience selling to entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized business owners.
• Previous roles such as Inside Sales Representative, Sales Closer, or Account Executive.
