Job Description

This is a fully remote, 6-month contract position for a Bank Card Claims Associate. The pay rate is $16.50 per hour. The associate must be willing to work EST time.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in claims processing, banking, customer service, or insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms.

Job Summary:

Insight Global's client is seeking Bank Card Claims Associates to assist customers with claims related to bank card benefits. In this fully remote role, the associate will review, investigate, and resolve claims associated with credit and debit card coverage, ensuring a high level of customer care.
