Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support a high-impact Customer Experience team, partnering closely with Brand Management and other customer-facing groups. This role will focus on gathering requirements, supporting digital initiatives, and helping improve customer interactions across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders across Customer Experience and Brand teams to gather and document business requirements
  • Analyze and support enhancements across digital platforms and customer-facing systems
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions
  • Assist in driving projects within an Agile environment (participating in sprints, backlog discussions, etc.)
  • Support testing, validation, and implementation of new features or system updates
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions

Qualifications

  • 4--6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (flexible based on experience quality)
  • Experience working in customer-facing or Customer Experience environments
  • Exposure to digital channels such as IVR systems, websites (.com), notification platforms, or system monitoring tools is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Waterfall exposure is sufficient)
  • Experience with tools like JIRA is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across both business and technical teams

Additional Details

  • Open to fully remote candidates; preference may be given to local candidates if all else is equal
  • Minimal on-site presence may be requested for local hires on an as-needed basis

Compensation

$55/hr to $70/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
