Overview
A leading global pharmaceutical organization is building out its internal omnichannel activation team and is seeking a Digital Experience Manager (DxM) to support campaign execution across key brand portfolios. This role plays a critical function in translating brand strategy into execution across digital channels---primarily email-driven campaigns.
The DxM will serve as the bridge between brand marketing, technical delivery teams, analytics, and external partners, ensuring seamless campaign execution, strong communication, and high-quality deliverables. This role is heavily focused on operations, documentation, and relationship management within a complex, highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute omnichannel marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on email-based channel strategies
- Translate brand strategies into actionable campaign plans across marketing and technical teams
- Manage 10--30 concurrent campaign initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Serve as liaison between brand teams, developers, analytics teams, and external agencies
- Develop and maintain key documentation including business review documents, campaign playbooks, and production requirements
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and improve campaign delivery
- Support transition from agency-led to in-house campaign execution models
- Ensure alignment across teams while managing stakeholder expectations and communication
Required Skills
- 7--10 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Operations, or Marketing Operations
- 3+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Strong experience managing omnichannel campaigns, specifically email-focused strategies
- Proven ability to document campaign requirements, production workflows, and business review materials
- Experience translating marketing strategies into executable channel plans
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Workfront, JIRA, Veeva, or Smartsheet
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with third-party vendors or agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
