Position Summary
Insight Global is seeking a strategic and execution-driven Marketing Director, Workers' Compensation to lead commercial marketing strategy and demand generation across the Workers' Compensation (WC) segment.
This role owns the go-to-market strategy, payer-aligned messaging, stakeholder engagement campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives specific to WC payers, case managers, TPAs, employers, and occupational health providers. The Director will drive growth while protecting contractual relationships, ensuring messaging integrity, and strengthening the reputation within the WC ecosystem.
This leader must understand reimbursement dynamics, payer risk management, compliance sensitivities, and multi-stakeholder influence models unique to Workers' Compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 8--12+ years of marketing or commercial leadership in healthcare, medical device, DME, or Workers' Compensation markets.
- Demonstrated experience working with WC payers, TPAs, or occupational health stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of reimbursement-driven business models.
- Experience navigating compliance-sensitive environments.
- Proven ability to drive channel-specific revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electrotherapy, neuromodulation, musculoskeletal care, or rehabilitation markets.
- Direct experience managing state-based WC reimbursement variations.
- MBA or advanced healthcare-related degree.
