Job Description
One of our Telecommunication clients is seeking a remote Project Assistant to support their Procurement teams in Anchorage, AK. This Project Assistant will support project managers, project coordinators and construction teams by procuring materials and managing vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for materials including project closeout and disposition of excess materials.
- Coordinate tracking materials upon order dates and organize required project documentation.
- Support users of central repository database in site management, compliance, and workflow management.
- Conduct data validation and audits on project and site information, ensuring that the project is appropriately defined.
- Arrange schedules and regulate flow of work within or between organizational units or businesses.
- Update daily and weekly trackers, provide status updates and reporting as needed.
- Work with site acquisition, engineering, and contractors to meet deadlines.
Pay is $20-27/hr depending on experience.
