The Director of Enterprise Platforms is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, stability, and evolution of enterprise SaaS platforms, with a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Cloud and UKG Pro WFM within a regulated healthcare environment. On a day-to-day basis, this leader drives platform performance by coordinating across engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure systems are secure, scalable, and operating reliably.

They partner closely with HRIS, Finance/Accounting IS, and business stakeholders to align platform priorities with organizational goals and ensure predictable delivery outcomes. The role involves overseeing platform health, release management, and integration performance, while proactively identifying and resolving complex cross-functional issues impacting system integrity.

This individual establishes and enforces engineering standards, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability practices, while guiding teams through ongoing enhancements and upgrades. They regularly engage with architects to maintain API-first integration strategies and reduce technical debt across platforms. The Director also leads vendor and system integrator relationships, ensuring strong performance, cost optimization, and minimized risk. Additionally, they maintain accountability for security, compliance, and audit readiness, ensuring proper governance across access controls and system usage.

This role includes oversight of budgeting and forecasting, providing transparency into platform investments and trade-offs to executive leadership. Finally, the Director champions continuous improvement and innovation, including responsible AI adoption, while developing and mentoring a high-performing, multi-layered team.

This is a direct hire role, with a salary mid-point of $200,000, and fully remote.
