Meta: Remote Research Program Manager (PST)

Pay Rate: $60-70/hr Duration: 7 months (possible extension)

Meta is seeking a Research Program Manager to oversee Research Operations for their MSL UXR organization. This role focuses on managing centralized research programs, budget forecasting and tracking, participant recruitment, and research governance.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage strategic initiatives to enhance team efficiency and impact through operational systems.
  • Proactively identify and collaborate with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines for team optimization and documentation.
  • Partner with team leadership to establish effective communication, information distribution, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sourcing and Vendor Engagements for efficient MSL contracting.
  • Manage relationships with preferred vendors, developing business-specific operations and processes for streamlined intake.
  • Oversee the operational and financial efficiency of the MSL budget through accurate financial datasets, files, and reports.
  • Conduct data analysis to provide insights for business-driven decisions.
  • Prepare metric-driven status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Proactively manage expectations by defining clear program roadmaps, providing frequent updates, identifying and communicating risks, and ensuring commitments are met.
  • Offer flexible approaches to meet team needs, enabling rapid progress and quick navigation of challenges.

Required Experience:

  • Integrating AI tools and workflows into business operations or program management.
  • Driving responsible and ethical AI adoption in cross-functional settings.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Building relationships with peers and executive stakeholders.
