Responsibilities

Do you enjoy active sourcing but don't want to acquire customers or go through endless recruiting processes? Then the FlexSourcer program is for you. We provide you with specific open roles, including all the information you need for effective outreach (target profile, must-haves, framework conditions, context) – so you don't have to source blindly, but can work precisely and professionally.

Your playing field: the German market and white-collar profiles, especially in Tech, Marketing, and Sales. Your part is clear: You research suitable candidates (e.g., via LinkedIn & Co.), initiate direct contact, and bring interested talents to Instaffo via your tracking link. In short: You focus on what you do best – finding, approaching, and generating interest – and we'll handle the rest.

Requirements

• (Initial) experience in recruiting / active sourcing is a plus (e.g., Recruiter, Sourcer, Talent Acquisition, HR Consultancy) – but not a must.
• You enjoy direct outreach and are comfortable on LinkedIn & Co.
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
• Residency doesn't matter – the important thing is that you approach talents for the German market (German language skills helpful depending on the target group).

Team

You will become part of our FlexSourcer community and be closely connected to our recruiting team. In our Slack workspace, we regularly exchange ideas, share role updates and best practices – and if you wish, you'll receive brief, concrete feedback on your searches, messages, and results.
