Contracts Administrator II

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Duration: 7 Months (Possibility of extension)

Position Overview

Responsible for a variety of activities related to contracts management and compliance for corporate development such as negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and/or partners. Serves as a liaison between groups such as Corporate Development, Sales, Legal and technical departments regarding contractual information. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications, and other requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate, structure, review, and administer a variety of contractual agreements.
  • Serve as a liaison between Corporate Development, Sales, Legal, and technical departments on contractual matters.
  • Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and applicable specifications.
  • Track contract performance, compliance, financials, and key milestones.
  • Ensure adherence to established contracting policies and procedures.
  • Monitor contract progress and assist with compiling performance, compliance, and financial reports.
  • Compile contractual data for budgeting, billing, cost reimbursement, and financial tracking.
  • Communicate contract updates, changes, and key information to critical stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal and external customers regarding contractual requirements.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, customer databases, and documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver reports for senior management.
  • Perform additional contract-related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (required).
  • Professional certification or advanced degree (preferred).
  • Minimum of 4 years of directly related contracts management experience.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing external business relationships.

  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional and external collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
