Duration: 7 Months (Possibility of extension)
Position Overview
Responsible for a variety of activities related to contracts management and compliance for corporate development such as negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and/or partners. Serves as a liaison between groups such as Corporate Development, Sales, Legal and technical departments regarding contractual information. Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications, and other requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate, structure, review, and administer a variety of contractual agreements.
- Serve as a liaison between Corporate Development, Sales, Legal, and technical departments on contractual matters.
- Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and applicable specifications.
- Track contract performance, compliance, financials, and key milestones.
- Ensure adherence to established contracting policies and procedures.
- Monitor contract progress and assist with compiling performance, compliance, and financial reports.
- Compile contractual data for budgeting, billing, cost reimbursement, and financial tracking.
- Communicate contract updates, changes, and key information to critical stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to internal and external customers regarding contractual requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract records, customer databases, and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver reports for senior management.
- Perform additional contract-related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline (required).
- Professional certification or advanced degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 4 years of directly related contracts management experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries (preferred).
- Proven experience managing external business relationships.
