Responsibilities

• Manage the entire real estate closing process, ensuring compliance with lender instructions, title requirements, company policies, and other written directives.
• Balance, schedule, and compile closing documents, including both lender and title packages.
• Understand how the team integrates with related departments to achieve objectives.
• Impact the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team through individual contributions.
• Recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently.
• Evaluate and select solutions based on existing precedents or procedures.
• Communicate and explain complex information, including interdependencies within the team and with external parties.
• Work under limited supervision, exercising effective time management to meet goals and tasks within the integrated lender workflow.
• Act as a resource for less experienced team members; this role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
