Graphic Designer -- Email & Digital Activation

Job Description
- 2-5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on email-optimized asset creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced layer management, exports, optimization) and familiarity with Adobe Firefly for generative asset creation.
- Experience adapting and reusing existing brand assets, design libraries, and campaign materials across multiple digital channels.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Design & Production: Rework, resize, restyle, and repurpose existing brand assets for email templates and digital touchpoints.
- Create responsive email graphics and layered Photoshop files using approved brand libraries.
- Develop modular components for scalable reuse across CXO activations.
- Firefly-Enhanced Creative Production: Use Adobe Firefly to generate net-new assets, visual variations, or complementary imagery while ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
- Produce quick-turn concepts using Firefly's generative features.
- Brand Alignment & Collaboration: Ensure all deliverables follow Altria portfolio brand standards; collaborate with activation leads, marketing teams, and brand partners.
