The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Onboarding Manager to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for new customers, responsible for guiding them through their lifecycle. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will work hands-on with new brands to ensure they are set up for success---training them on the platform, helping them build the foundation for long-term value. This is a consultative, high-touch role that combines platform education with strategic enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead kickoff sessions to set expectations and understand business goals
  • Train customers on test setup (price, content, shipping, offers) and platform best practices
  • Help customers interpret analytics and test results
  • Develop tailored testing strategies aligned to customer objectives
  • Optimize onboarding processes and track core metrics to scale efficiently
  • Collect customer feedback to inform the product roadmap

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a customer-facing role (Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementation, consulting, or agency)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire to help others and think on your feet
  • Comfortable working "in the weeds" to solve problems and building processes for repeatable solutions
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics-oriented companies is a plus
  • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts, data analysis tools (Tableau, Looker, SQL, or similar), or technical integrations is a plus
