The role involves:

• Identifying and connecting with individuals interested in personal growth through digital platforms and online environments
• Using a structured process to assess suitability for potential further engagement
• Contributing to social media, marketing content, messaging and community engagement activities
• Participating in leadership and personal development training, with access to world-class programs and ongoing education
• Applying communication, creativity and initiative in how people are reached and supported

We are looking for people who:

• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Are comfortable working independently in a self-directed environment
• Have an interest in leadership, personal growth and human potential
• Are adaptable, proactive and open to ongoing learning
• Bring experience from leadership, client engagement, business, consulting, education, sales, marketing or other people-focused professional backgrounds
