Position: Outpatient Therapist (LPC / LCSW / LMFT) - California license required
Compensation: $85,000/year
Location: Fully Remote -- PST (U.S. Only)

We're currently hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual outpatient therapy for patients age 5+ through one of our trusted California-based partners.
What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish initial treatment plans.
- Provide both therapy services to patients (ages 5+) with moderate/high acuity.
- Collaborate with a wide network of support, including psychiatry, crisis services, peer support, case managers, and more.
More About the Role
- Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient Tribal Health Program & FQHC located in California
- Schedule: Mon--Fri, 40 hrs/wk in PST
- Appointments: 60 minutes for initial evaluations, 30 minutes for follow-up appointments
- Administrative time: 60 minutes per day
- Caseload: 6-8 clients scheduled per day

Qualifications
- Proven experience in providing therapy services as an independently Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Active California LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW license strongly required.
- Availability (40 hours per week) during PST.
- Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels.
- Telehealth experience preferred (experience using eClinicalWorks a plus!).
- Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory.
