Role Description
This is a full-time remote role. The License Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing compliance processes, managing audits, ensuring adherence to licensing agreements, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key duties include:
- Analyzing licensing data
- Identifying potential risks
- Providing recommendations to mitigate non-compliance
- Building relationships with stakeholders to ensure adherence to licensing terms while addressing any discrepancies
The position requires proactive and organized management of compliance issues to safeguard Ivanti's intellectual property and business interests.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of License Compliance Management, including experience conducting software license audits and addressing compliance risks.
- Data analysis and reporting skills to identify licensing discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Skilled communicator with experience collaborating across teams, building partnerships, and negotiating effectively with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools and software for compliance tracking and reporting.
- Experience with intellectual property rights, enterprise licensing models, and related regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant certifications in software asset management or compliance are advantageous.
