We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Digital Project Manager & Development Coordinator to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. In this role, you'll lead web and mobile app initiatives from concept through launch---working closely with internal marketing teams, franchise stakeholders, and external development partners.
This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who not only manages projects but can also jump in and support light development work when needed. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy turning ideas into high-quality digital experiences, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Project Management & Execution
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, franchisees, and external development agencies
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, user stories, and project plans
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day communication across web and mobile projects
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and status updates using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively keep initiatives on track
Quality, Performance & Optimization
- Ensure consistency in brand standards, UX, and functionality across all digital platforms
- Perform QA testing and validate deliverables before launch
- Manage bug tracking, enhancements, and ongoing performance improvements
- Maintain organized documentation including workflows, timelines, and technical specs
Technical & Development Support
- Execute light front-end updates, CMS changes, and minor feature enhancements
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Assist with QA fixes, bug resolution, and UI updates
- Collaborate with developers on technical solutions and implementations
- Maintain a working understanding of the codebase and system architecture
Cloud & DevOps
- Support Azure cloud infrastructure (deployment, scaling, and maintenance)
- Help implement security best practices and compliance measures
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements using Azure DevOps
What You Bring
- 8 years of experience in digital project management, product coordination, or web/app environments
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, etc.)
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic troubleshooting
- Experience managing external development teams or agencies
- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and mobile app workflows
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with project management tools (Wrike or similar)
- Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred Experience
- Experience in franchise, multi-location, or healthcare environments
- Background in digital marketing or UX/UI collaboration
- QA/testing experience
- Familiarity with modern digital platforms and tools
Work Environment & Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform standard office physical activities (sitting, standing, lifting up to 10 lbs, etc.)
