About the Role
Our team is looking for a Senior Project Controls Analyst to join us in delivering award-winning projects. If you're seeking a challenge, this is an opportunity to become a major contributor to the growth of exciting projects.
As a key member of our Project Management Team, you will:
- Manage client relationships, including interfacing, updates, and presentations at all management levels.
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure full awareness of project costs and risks, providing alternative strategies for mitigation and opportunities.
- Utilize advanced Enterprise System platforms and data analysis solutions to support service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a thorough understanding of cost control and estimating principles.
- Proactively monitor and communicate project budget, actual status, and forecast costs/labor hours.
- Create client and internal status reports that effectively communicate schedule status and identify the critical path.
- Develop and maintain productive cross-discipline relationships within the project team.
- Support and engage with Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teammates to maximize design, digital technology, and support capabilities for optimal project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in P6 schedule analysis and reporting.
- 5+ years of experience in cost and schedule management, with a background in Construction, including complex projects valued at $25M and above.
- Ability to build a schedule from scratch after coordinating with various teams (engineering, project management, and construction).
- Experience explaining variances and delays, and tracking/monitoring contractor schedules.
- Cost Analysis and SAP experience is a bonus.
Location & Work Schedule
- Must be local to the Bay Area for a hybrid work schedule, requiring office presence.
