About the Role
At Jacobs, we know that exceptional talent is the foundation of a more connected, resilient, and sustainable world. We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Talent Acquisition Professional to join our Advanced Facility - Semiconductor recruiting team, with a dedicated focus on scaling our Semiconductor Design Engineering talent pipeline. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering full‑cycle recruiting solutions for some of the most technically complex and business‑critical engineering positions across our global Semiconductor portfolio.
Responsibilities
As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Professional, you'll partner closely with leaders across our Semiconductor Business Unit to drive the hiring of highly specialized technical professionals who support the modernization, resilience, and expansion of critical utility infrastructure. You'll ensure an exceptional candidate experience while executing recruiting strategies for roles such as Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Civil & Structural Engineers, Chemical, BIM/Design Technicians, and Project Management specialists. This role can be based in a Jacobs office, hybrid, or 100% remote, with minimal travel for key meetings as designated by the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager.

You'll maintain meticulous tracking of candidate activity and ensure timely communication throughout the process. You'll build robust talent pipelines and project‑specific engineering rosters that accelerate future hiring.
You'll also prepare and deliver recruiting reports to share with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring manager teams. As a champion of Jacobs' culture of inclusion, you'll consistently promote "We live inclusion" and champion equal employment opportunity as a competitive advantage in your technical recruiting.
