Jacoby & Meyers, a leading consumer law firm since 1972, seeks a determined and organized Case Manager for a fully remote, full-time position. Earn $22-$26/hour with comprehensive training provided. Bilingual Spanish required.

Job Description

Core duties include:

• Interviewing and setting appointments for new clients
• Gathering case information, evidence, and documentation
• Adhering strictly to appointment schedules
• Utilizing firm software (training provided)
• Scanning and saving case documentation
• Generating weekly/monthly performance reports

Requirements:

• Exceptional organization and follow-through skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Minimum 1 year of stable work experience
• Outgoing personality and ability to multitask
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Experience scheduling medical treatment and assisting with vehicle repairs
• Frequent client follow-ups
