Job description

Lead and Develop Inside Sales

  • Motivate and coach remote teams to meet business targets, enhance productivity, and build strong customer relationships
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development and training initiatives

Strategic Thinking & High level of business acumen

  • Ability to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and exceed business growth objectives
  • A good understanding of the impact of pricing decisions on margin and volumes

Relationship/Contract Management

  • Demonstrate best in class expertise in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and negotiating terms to benefit the company
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, within GPOs, IDNs, Health Systems and US government

Leadership

  • Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate the sales team and other internal champions, through influence
  • Ability to work effectively within a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to influence and persuade others and communicate an articulate vision

Industry Knowledge

  • Deep understanding of the medical device industry, including regulatory requirements, including the FDA, along with market dynamics
  • Specific understanding of contracting within the GPO/IDN/GOVT areas of the business
  • Have a keen awareness of value-based healthcare and risk-sharing approaches with customers

Analytical

  • Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to make informed business decisions

Customer Focus

  • Deliver a customer-centric approach to ensure that client needs and expectations are met or exceeded

Communication

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey strategies, goals, and expectations to both internal and external parties. Including performance versus KPIs by customer and segment

Problem Solving

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years' experience specifically managing, coordinating and (or) assisting with negotiating contracts with Healthcare GPOs/IDNs/GOVT customers
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Sales experience in the healthcare industry is required. Respiratory field is a plus

Specialized Skill or Knowledge

  • Self-starter, ability to perform effectively during times of ambiguity, rapid change and growth
