Vice President of Creative (Remote -- United States)

We are seeking an innovative and visionary Vice President of Creative to lead global creative direction, brand storytelling, and integrated creative strategy across a distributed organization. This executive role is ideal for a senior creative leader who combines strong conceptual vision, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional creative work at scale.

About the Role

The Vice President of Creative will be responsible for defining and evolving the organization's creative vision across all brand, marketing, and communication channels. You will partner closely with executive leadership, Marketing, Product, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive storytelling, strong brand identity, and high-impact creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall creative strategy, vision, and execution across the organization
  • Define and maintain a cohesive global brand identity and creative direction
  • Oversee creative development for campaigns, digital experiences, and content initiatives
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product, and leadership teams
  • Guide concept development from ideation through final execution
  • Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Drive innovation in storytelling, design systems, and visual communication
  • Evaluate creative performance and optimize output quality
  • Present creative strategies and vision to executive stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand strategy, or design direction roles
  • Proven experience leading large-scale or global creative teams
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic creative leadership and execution
  • Experience working in remote or distributed organizations
  • Exceptional visual, conceptual, and storytelling skills
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to balance creativity with business strategy and execution
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
