Accountabilities
The Client Service Associate will support client account management activities while collaborating closely with senior client service leaders and internal teams. This role is responsible for coordinating client deliverables, maintaining accurate communication, and ensuring projects progress effectively.
- Partner with senior client service managers to support client accounts throughout implementation, transition, and ongoing service delivery.
- Assist with project coordination activities, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
- Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and client stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
- Monitor account activities, proactively communicate progress, and escalate risks or issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tasks, processes, and client-related activities within internal tracking systems.
- Review client-facing materials to ensure accuracy, quality standards, and alignment with current requirements.
- Manage client communications through email, virtual meetings, and phone interactions with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Support resolution of client questions, technical issues, audits, and vendor-related concerns in collaboration with internal teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful project completion and consistent client service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to increase operational efficiency.
- Manage client inboxes, follow-ups, and communication workflows while ensuring timely responses.
- Complete assigned projects within deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a customer-focused professional with experience supporting client relationships and coordinating service delivery. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.
- 1-3 years of experience in the healthcare industry or a related client service environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience supporting client relationships and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate requirements into effective service solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying root causes and improving processes.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple deliverables.
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable with strong follow-through skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration and responsiveness.
