In this role, you will support the management of a global portfolio of contracts and regulatory obligations within a fast-scaling space technology environment. You will ensure that commercial agreements, compliance filings, and documentation processes are accurate, timely, and fully aligned with international regulatory requirements.
Acting as a key operational link between legal, sales, finance, and regulatory teams, you will help maintain the integrity and consistency of contractual and compliance frameworks. You will handle a mix of high-volume standard agreements and more complex commercial contracts involving hardware and software services. This position requires strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic setting. Your work will directly support global expansion and regulatory readiness across multiple jurisdictions.
Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts including NDAs, DPAs, and standard commercial service and product agreements
- Review and refine complex commercial contracts, ensuring clear separation between product delivery terms and service-level obligations
- Prepare, coordinate, and submit regulatory filings to relevant authorities supporting satellite operations and data dissemination
- Maintain calendars and tracking systems for compliance deadlines, certifications, and required regulatory attestations
- Ensure all compliance documentation and contractual records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready at all times
- Act as a liaison between Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to align contractual terms with business and operational requirements
- Support internal audits by maintaining structured repositories of agreements and compliance evidence
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or compliance roles in tech, aerospace, defense, or similar industries
- Strong expertise in NDAs, commercial agreements, data processing agreements, and regulatory documentation processes
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage complex, high-volume documentation accurately
- Ability to balance administrative tasks with more complex contract review and coordination responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate across legal, commercial, and technical teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, international, and highly regulated environments
- Proficiency in maintaining structured systems and audit-ready documentation processes
