This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Host Acquisition Specialist based in the United States.
This role is a high-volume, outbound sales position focused on converting prospective property owners into active hosts on a leading global marketplace for unique venues and event spaces. You will engage with a wide range of prospects—from individual space owners to enterprise-level property managers—using structured outreach across multiple channels.
The position is deeply execution-driven, requiring strong persistence, persuasive communication, and the ability to manage multiple touchpoints through the full conversion cycle.
You will not only drive initial signups but also support new hosts through their early activation journey to ensure they successfully launch and secure their first bookings.

You will work from provided lead lists and outreach systems, focusing entirely on execution and conversion rather than prospecting or list building.

Accountabilities
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach across email, phone, SMS, LinkedIn, and Zoom to convert assigned leads into active host signups.
- Maintain persistent, multi-touch follow-up sequences to engage prospects, overcome objections, and drive conversions.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition, tailoring messaging to different host types including individuals, SMBs, and enterprise property managers.
- Conduct live Zoom calls with prospects to demo the platform, address questions, and advance deals toward signup.
- Drive prospects through the full conversion funnel with a strong focus on closing and measurable signup outcomes.
- Support newly activated hosts during their early onboarding phase to help them complete setup and secure initial bookings.
- Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and conversion outcomes accurately in provided CRM and sales tools.
- Continuously refine outreach strategy based on prospect feedback, objections, and performance patterns.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, BDR/SDR roles, or similar high-volume, performance-driven sales environments.
- Native-level fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to close deals and consistently convert prospects in a structured outbound sales motion.
- Strong resilience, persistence, and comfort handling rejection and long follow-up cycles.
- Experience working independently in remote, target-driven environments.
- Availability to work aligned with US business hours.
- Strongly preferred experience engaging both SMB and enterprise-level customers with an understanding of their decision-making dynamics.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Saleshandy, Mixmax, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated success in high-volume cold calling and multi-channel outreach campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously.
