Accountabilities
- Respond to client requests and consult on scope, execution, and delivery of solutions.
- Train and develop team members on workflows and eDiscovery best practices.
- Initiate work by creating work orders for data processing tasks.
- Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Masters or JD a plus) or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of work experience with 4 years specifically in e-Discovery project management.
- Relativity experience required.
- Excellent eDiscovery skills for consultation and project solution creation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities to maintain client relationships.
