Manager, Sales Enablement
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Sales Enablement in United States.
This is a foundational enablement role within a fast-scaling, AI-native fintech environment redefining how business owners manage and grow their finances. The position is responsible for building the entire sales enablement function from the ground up, supporting a rapidly expanding go-to-market team across account executives, business development representatives, and partnerships. The role combines strategy, execution, and hands-on content creation, with direct influence on revenue performance and sales effectiveness. You will design onboarding programs, define sales methodologies, and establish scalable learning systems in a high-growth, high-accountability environment. Working closely with revenue operations, sales leadership, and product marketing, you will ensure that frontline teams are fully equipped to sell complex financial products. This is a highly visible role where enablement is treated as a core growth driver, not a support function. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds from zero, and measures success through tangible sales outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Design and own end-to-end sales onboarding programs for AEs, BDRs, and partnerships teams, including certification paths and structured ramp plans.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement ecosystem, including playbooks, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning materials.
- Establish and run scalable coaching and feedback systems, leveraging tools such as call review platforms and structured manager enablement frameworks.
- Partner with revenue operations and sales leadership to refine CRM processes, sales stages, dashboards, and pipeline visibility.
- Lead enablement for product launches, ensuring full sales readiness, training, and post-launch reinforcement across all GTM teams.
- Identify performance gaps across the funnel and design targeted programs to improve conversion rates, ramp time, and win rates.
- Define and track core enablement KPIs, using data to continuously improve program effectiveness and sales outcomes.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related GTM role in a B2B environment, ideally with exposure to fintech or financial services.
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth, fast-changing organizations.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, including reporting, pipeline analysis, and collaboration with CRM administrators.
- Experience with enablement or learning systems (LMS or knowledge platforms) and designing multi-format training programs.
- Fluency with AI tools to enhance productivity, content creation, and program design.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, discovery frameworks, and qualification processes, with experience driving adoption across sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level materials and translate field insights into actionable improvements.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently and proactively identify and solve gaps.
Benefits
- Competitive base salary range of $130,000-$150,000 plus equity.
- Fully remote US-based role with occasional travel for team off-sites.
- Opportunity to build a foundational function in a high-growth, AI-driven fintech environment.
- Significant equity upside tied to company growth and long-term success.
- High-autonomy culture with strong ownership, trust, and decision-making authority.
- Exposure to executive leadership, customers, and investors in a fast-scaling organization.
- Work on complex, high-impact financial systems that directly influence business growth and revenue.
