Director, US Payer Marketing - REMOTE

In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of payer strategies that promote optimal access and reimbursement for key products within the pipeline. Your efforts will ensure that patients gain the necessary access to innovative therapies amidst a complex payer landscape. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive momentum in payer engagement strategies and maximize value positioning for our partner's offerings. By influencing market access, your contributions will have a significant impact on expanding patient access and improving healthcare outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Lead the US payer marketing strategy for assigned products.
- Continuously analyze and adapt to the evolving payer landscape.
- Anticipate access challenges and design proactive solutions.
- Serve as a key communicator with internal stakeholders to align insights.
- Develop payer value narratives based on clinical and economic evidence.
- Facilitate collaboration with Market Access, HEOR, and Medical teams.
- Ensure consistency in payer messaging across all marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry with a focus on Market Access.
- Strong experience in payer marketing with a track record in specialty products.
- Comprehensive understanding of US payer landscape and dynamics.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives without formal authority.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in developing payer strategies and tools based on real-world data.
