- Lead the requirements lifecycle process for technology needs.
- Enhance data quality and provide actionable insights through analytics.
- Develop executive-level communications and present findings to senior executives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
- Manage a team of professionals in the Facilities Management technology landscape.
- Support RFPs for vendor and solution selection.
- Conduct trade studies and market research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in technology solutions management.
- Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiations.
- Strong understanding of data governance and reporting best practices.
- Experience with Facilities Management tools such as CMMS and Asset Management Tools.
