Job description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability in the United States.

This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling observability platform, focused on helping organizations monitor and understand complex infrastructure environments at scale. You will own product strategy for infrastructure observability solutions spanning Kubernetes, cloud providers, and emerging host monitoring capabilities. The position blends deep technical product leadership with strong customer discovery, requiring close collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams across a globally distributed organization. You will translate real-world operational challenges into intuitive, scalable product experiences that reduce noise, improve reliability, and accelerate incident resolution. In this highly cross-functional environment, you will also help shape roadmap priorities, pricing, packaging, and product integrations across a broader observability ecosystem. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence how thousands of teams monitor and operate critical systems.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of infrastructure observability products, ensuring they meet the needs of both self-serve users and large enterprise customers. You will act as the bridge between customers, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable and cohesive observability experiences.

  • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for infrastructure observability solutions including Kubernetes and cloud provider monitoring
  • Conduct deep customer discovery to understand infrastructure monitoring needs, pain points, and workflows across diverse customer segments
  • Translate customer insights and feedback into clear product requirements and prioritized engineering work
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design scalable, reliable, and high-performance observability features
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to define positioning, messaging, pricing, packaging, and competitive differentiation
  • Drive integration strategies across observability products to ensure seamless user experiences across cloud and infrastructure layers
  • Balance delivery of new product initiatives with continuous improvement of mature, high-usage capabilities
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on product direction, trade-offs, and long-term strategy

Requirements

You bring strong experience in B2B SaaS product management, particularly in developer-focused or infrastructure-heavy environments. You are comfortable operating in technical domains and collaborating closely with engineering teams on distributed systems and observability challenges.

  • 7 years of experience in Product Management, including 5 years in B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong technical fluency in infrastructure concepts such as Kubernetes, cloud platforms, VMs, and distributed systems
  • Experience working with developer tools, APIs, or platform products in complex technical ecosystems
  • Ability to understand and discuss data models, APIs, system architecture, and observability concepts
  • Proven track record of driving product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-team alignment at scale
  • Strong customer discovery skills with the ability to translate feedback into actionable product direction
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams to build intuitive and scalable user experiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with observability, infrastructure monitoring, or SRE-related products is highly valuable
  • Exposure to go-to-market activities such as pricing, packaging, and sales enablement is a plus

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary and performance-based incentives
  • Equity or RSUs providing long-term ownership in the company's success
  • Fully remote work environment with global collaboration opportunities
  • Flexible PTO policy with generous annual leave
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Parental leave and family support benefits
  • Learning and development support for career growth and upskilling
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale observability systems used by global enterprises
  • High-autonomy, open-source-driven culture focused on innovation and impact
