This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Specialist, Marketing based in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of consumer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven experimentation within a fast-paced, mission-oriented environment. You will help design and execute marketing strategies that improve member engagement, retention, and communication effectiveness across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will translate business goals and regulatory requirements into clear, impactful campaigns.

Accountabilities

  • Own the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns focused on member engagement, retention, and regulatory communications, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Develop campaign briefs, segmentation logic, messaging, and channel strategies while coordinating timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
  • Support and improve regulatory communication programs, ensuring clarity, compliance, and effectiveness in member-facing messaging.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows including copywriting, segmentation, testing strategies (A/B testing), and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign results and translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product, brand, CRM, and analytics teams to ensure consistent execution and alignment across member journeys.
  • Serve as a subject matter contributor within marketing, supporting a strong understanding of member needs, product offerings, and engagement drivers.

Requirements

This role requires experience in marketing execution, consumer engagement, and data-informed decision-making within cross-functional environments. Candidates should be comfortable balancing hands-on campaign work with analytical thinking and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (4 years relevant experience).
  • 2 years of experience in consumer-facing marketing, digital engagement, or lifecycle/CRM marketing.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as creative, brand, product, or CRM functions.
  • Strong ability to use data and performance metrics to guide marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with campaign testing, A/B testing, and basic marketing analytics is highly valued.
  • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills with attention to detail and execution quality.
