This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Development Project Management in the United States.

This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling consumer wellness organization, acting as the operational backbone for a complex product innovation pipeline. You will be responsible for translating product strategy into disciplined execution, ensuring new products move from concept to commercialization with speed, precision, and consistency.

Accountabilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of the product development roadmap, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and budget expectations.
  • Build and maintain integrated project plans, critical paths, and milestone tracking across the full product lifecycle.
  • Lead stage-gate governance processes, including kickoffs, milestone reviews, risk assessments, and post-launch evaluations.
  • Identify, manage, and proactively resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Manage cross-functional resourcing and capacity planning.
  • Establish clear stakeholder communication cadences, including executive updates and steering committee reporting.
  • Design and optimize project management systems, tools, dashboards, and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies, including templates, RACI frameworks, and stage-gate processes.
  • Partner closely with R&D, Creative, Regulatory, Clinical, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales, and external manufacturing partners.

Requirements

This role requires a seasoned project or program management leader with deep experience in product development environments, ideally within CPG, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or consumer goods.

  • 8 years of project or program management experience, including at least 3 years in product development within CPG, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or consumer goods.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering end-to-end product launches in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, stage-gate processes, resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Airtable, Wrike, or MS Project.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement or scale project management systems, frameworks, or operational processes.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or modern productivity tools is highly valued.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while bringing structure, discipline, and accountability.
  • (Preferred) Experience in building or scaling a project management function from the ground up.
  • (Preferred) PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.
  • (Preferred) Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
