This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Revenue Operations Analyst based in the United States.

This role sits at the center of revenue, data, and operational excellence, ensuring that sales and go-to-market teams can rely on accurate, actionable information. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across systems while helping improve processes that directly impact sales performance and decision-making. Working closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and senior leadership, you will identify gaps, resolve data issues, and enhance operational workflows. The environment is highly collaborative, data-driven, and fast-paced, with strong emphasis on continuous improvement and problem-solving. You will also support the adoption and optimization of revenue tools, ensuring teams are fully enabled to perform at their best. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys turning data into clarity and operational efficiency.

Accountabilities

  • Ensure high-quality data integrity across revenue systems and sales tools
  • Collaborate with sales teams to validate inputs, troubleshoot issues, and improve data accuracy
  • Analyze revenue and sales data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the optimization and adoption of sales and revenue tools across the organization
  • Contribute to the improvement and automation of Revenue Operations processes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights
  • Assist leadership with reporting, dashboards, and operational analysis to support decision-making

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and data troubleshooting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Nice to have: experience with tools such as Outreach, Gong, SQL, or forecasting platforms
  • Interest in SaaS, technology, and continuous learning of new tools and systems
