Job Details
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (Daytime Hours)
- Setting: Center-Based
What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee treatment planning and clinical programming for your caseload.
- Provide supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure long-term client success.
- Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Support a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification.
- Master's degree in psychology, ABA, or related field.
- Strong clinical skills across skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Experience supervising RBTs or direct care staff.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes.
