A Bit About Us

We are partnering with a well-established, clinically driven ABA organization that has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality care across multiple centers.

This organization operates within a center-based, collaborative model, where BCBAs and RBTs work side-by-side to create meaningful, measurable progress for children and families. Their approach emphasizes clinical integrity, structured support, and long-term outcomes, not just hitting metrics.

What sets this organization apart:

  • Low billable expectations that allow for quality care
  • A strong emphasis on mentorship and professional development
  • A team-oriented, onsite environment—no isolation or constant travel
  • A culture focused on doing what's right for clients and clinicians alike

Why Join Us?

This is not your typical role. Here is what makes this opportunity stand out:

  • Low Billable Requirement: 20 hours/week—one of the lowest in the market, giving you time to focus on quality care and development.
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.
  • Center-Based Model: Work in one location alongside your team—no driving all day.
  • Manageable Caseload: 8-10 clients, designed to support both client outcomes and clinician sustainability.
  • Real Work-Life Balance: Monday-Friday schedule with built-in flexibility, including work-from-home days.
  • Strong Clinical Support + Mentorship: Learn from experienced leaders and continue developing your skillset.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work closely with other BCBAs and RBTs in a supportive, team-first environment.
  • Professional Growth Opportunities: Clear path to leadership for those who want it.
