Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage brand portfolios for designated clients, developing growth strategies and supervising daily brand operations
- Perform comprehensive brand audits to identify opportunities and formulate actionable growth strategies aligned with client objectives
- Create and implement sales forecasts, advertising initiatives (including PPC strategies), and product catalog enhancements
- Act as the primary contact for clients, nurturing robust relationships, proactively addressing concerns, and ensuring achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Lead client business reviews (monthly, quarterly, or as necessary) with customized presentations using Google Slides and other reporting tools
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing internal resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in up to three specialized departmental functions, providing training and best-practice insights to colleagues
- Mentor junior team members, aiding in their professional growth and aligning them with department goals
- Continuously evaluate process efficiencies, contribute to strategic efforts, and uphold high-performance standards
Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years of experience in Brand Management, eCommerce strategy, or Amazon account management (agency background is highly advantageous)
- Extensive knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations, including catalog management, PPC advertising, and sales forecasting
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization/reporting tools
- Proven ability to establish and manage client relationships, emphasizing strategic consulting and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing projects that involve significant budgets and critical decision-making
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in mentoring, training, and developing junior team members
