Document Specialist (Remote)

Role Overview

As a Word and PDF Expert, you will work with one of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, to deliver high-quality, formatted, and meticulously reviewed documents. This is a contractor position, available on a part-time or full-time basis, where you will collaborate with professionals across various sectors to ensure document precision and compliance. You will leverage your advanced document skills to support the development of frontier AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive document review, editing, and formatting in Word and PDF, ensuring adherence to industry and client-specific standards
• Utilize PDF editing tools to manage tracked changes, version control, and data extraction from documents
• Create forms in Word and PDF, and apply digital signatures to PDF documents, ensuring secure document handling and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure confidentiality management and attention to detail in all document-related tasks
• Provide remote work training and stakeholder support to ensure seamless document processing and delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and PDF editing tools
• Document formatting and management expertise, including tracked changes and version control
• Data extraction and form creation skills, with attention to detail and quality
• Experience with digital signatures and secure document handling, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
