Private Equity Associate (Remote)

Role Overview:

Join one of our clients, a global leader in the Private Equity industry, as a Private Equity Associate. This contract role offers the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with seasoned professionals to analyze M&A transactions, investment opportunities, and perform critical due diligence for high-impact deals. As a Private Equity Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and analyze confidential information memoranda (CIMs/SIMs) and supporting deal documentation.

• Draft, review, and refine investment committee (IC) memos and board decks to support decision-making processes.

• Navigate complex public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents for thorough investment evaluation.

• Collaborate with senior professionals to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.

• Provide strategic insights to support investment decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of M&A transactions, investment analysis, and due diligence.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial statement analysis.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to draft and refine complex documents.

• Experience with public filings, financial statements, and dense transaction documents.
