- Provide detailed information about products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate terms and resolve concerns with tact and confidence, ensuring positive outcomes for both the customer and company.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and documenting interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to relay customer feedback and identify opportunities for outreach or improvement.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive health-related information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing or customer service roles with a focus on inbound interactions.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is a plus but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse customer needs confidently and professionally.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and focus.
- Experience with marketing strategies and understanding of HIPAA regulations ensures compliance when managing sensitive information.
