Experience

  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
  • Strong communication skills in English are essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer proficiency is necessary.
  • Experience in outbound calling, data entry, or cash handling enhances your suitability for this role.
  • Demonstrated analysis skills help in understanding customer trends and improving service delivery.
