Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Contractor for a long-term (1 year) contract engagement. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week onsite in Harrisburg, PA.

This cross-team position contributes to both security and help desk operations, ensuring smooth technical support and organizational compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in information security-related support.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in help desk-related support.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft server and workstation operating systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft O365 products.
  • Experience with incident reporting and support ticketing systems.
  • Experience with network and computer security testing tools.
  • Experience reading and interpreting security logs and reports.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for information security.
  • Knowledge of business process analysis methods.
  • Experience working with Tenable and Splunk.
  • Associate's degree or current certifications within information technology.
