Just Dream Ventures is a creative agency helping rising talent, creators, and start-ups grow through marketing, branding, brand partnerships, social media strategy, and creative storytelling. We're looking for a Summer 2026 Talent & Brand Strategy Intern to join our fully remote team and gain hands-on experience in research-driven strategy, marketing and branding campaigns, social media strategy, brand partnerships, and behind-the-scenes agency operations within the creator economy, music, and the start-up space.
Internship Details
- Term: Monday, June 8 - Friday, August 21, 2026 (approximately 11 weeks)
- Weekly Commitment: Approximately 12-15 hours per week
- Location: Remote
- Compensation: Unpaid - for school credit or professional experience only

What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth research on artists, creators, brands, and influencers to support marketing, branding, brand partnerships, and creative strategy initiatives.
- Summarize research findings into clear takeaways and actionable recommendations to support strategy and outreach decisions.
- Support social media and content strategy, including trend research, competitor analysis, platform-specific insights, and social audits (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
- Assist with marketing and branding campaign planning for artists, creators, and brand clients.
- Help identify and support brand partnership opportunities, including brand-artist fit analysis, research, and partnership ideation.
- Assist with email and social outreach preparation to brands, partners, and collaborators.
- Maintain and update research trackers, lead lists, outreach databases, and internal documents with accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with pitch research, creative briefs, and campaign prep, including compiling brand lists and tracking engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the team on creative strategy development, campaign execution, and weekly priorities.
- Work closely with the founder to gain behind-the-scenes exposure to agency operations, client strategy, and growth planning.

- Organized, curious, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving agency environment and is excited about helping build systems and strategies from the ground up.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Docs/Sheets, Airtable, Apollo, LinkedIn, Claude, AI-tools, and interested in social media strategy, trend analysis, and digital platforms (Canva, TikTok, Instagram are a plus).
- Proactive, engaged, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited to learn how a creative agency operates behind the scenes.
