Creator Partnerships Intern (Remote)

KaraMGMT is a fast-growing talent management agency working with some of the most viral creators in fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle. We help creators land brand deals, grow their platforms, and build long-term careers.

We're looking for a driven, social media--savvy intern to help us identify and onboard new creators while assisting with brand partnership opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in influencer marketing and talent management while working directly with a growing agency.

What you'll be doing:

• Identify up-and-coming creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Reach out to creators and help bring them into KaraMGMT
• Assist with brand deal sourcing and partnership opportunities
• Track potential leads and help manage outreach
• Stay on top of social media trends and viral creators

What we're looking for:

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media culture
• Good communication skills (DMs, email, outreach)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Interest in influencer marketing, content creation, or talent management
• Bonus if you've worked with creators, run a page, or understand viral content

Compensation:

This is a performance-based role tied to results.

Compensation is earned through successful creator onboarding and brand partnerships you help generate. High-performing interns have the opportunity to earn meaningful income as they contribute to real deals.
